Baklagiller, seker ve tahıllarla hazırlanan tatlı. Bu tatlının üzeri taze meyvelerle süslenir. Nuh Tufanı sırasında, Nuh'un gemisindekilerin ellerinde ne varsa bir kazana koyup pişirdiklerine ve hep beraber yediklerine inanılır. Bu tatlı bütün müslüman aleminde her sene kurban bayramından sonra belirli günlerde hazılanır ve bütün komşulara dağıtılr. Bu vesile ile insanlar birbirlerini daha çok tanıyıp dost olurlar ve sevgi bağlarını geliştirirler.

A dessert made of leguminosae, sugar and grains. Its top is decorated with fresh fruit. It's believed, that during the Noah's Flood times, the people in Noah's ark put everything they had into a cauldron, cooked and ate it together. This dessert is prepared on certain days after the Feast of the Sacrifice in the whole Muslim world and is handed out to all neighbours. As a result, people get to know each other better, become friends and develop their affection bonds.
